Few computer projects are ever completed without some form of dispute.

This could be simply because of a delay in delivery or because of an over-run in the development costs.

Normally, expensive projects are developed following a written proposal or ITT followed by detailed negotiation of an individual contract. Usually also this contract will say how disputes arising under it are to be resolved. If this is not the case, then do not despair.
